Innovation and precision, engineered in-house
Our comprehensive capabilities span the entire product lifecycle, built on decades of global expertise in MIG, TIG, and welding torch manufacturing, alongside our more recent specialist experience in robotic welding torch production.

Design and engineering
Cobarc torch systems are developed around the practical demands of automated robotic and cobot production environments. Stable wire feeding, thermal control, mechanical durability and reliable integration all influence long-term welding performance.
These requirements are built into the design from the outset, including geometry and cable systems, resulting in a welding torch manufactured for consistent operation where repeatability and uptime matter.
Manufacturing
As a vertically integrated manufacturer, we execute all core processes in-house, including mould tooling, composite materials and plastic components. When necessary, we work with select partners that meet our high standards for performance and reliability.
This strict level of control and oversight on every process guarantees that each product that leaves our facility is produced to the same exacting quality standards.

Testing
Reliable products are the result of rigorous engineering. Every new design undergoes an iterative development process, with multiple prototype stages, continuous refinement and comprehensive testing.
Individual components and cable and torch assemblies are subjected to extensive mechanical, electrical and thermal testing. Before any product reaches the market, it must successfully complete up to 97 separate test procedures, ensuring the performance, reliability and durability expected in demanding industrial environments.

Support
We support robot cell integrators and manufacturers with torch selection, application optimisation, integration assistance and fast technical response throughout the project lifecycle. Partnering with us means working with a global torch manufacturer that understands the demands of automated welding, and the requirements of diverse markets worldwide.
